Batch testing
Every batch is tested for FFA, moisture, smoke point, colour, and iodine value before release. No batch leaves without a pass against specification.
Traceability
Every batch is coded back to its source rice mill. If a quality issue arises at any point in your supply chain, we can trace it to origin within one working day.
Batch-to-batch consistency
Our refining process is controlled to deliver consistent smoke point, FFA, and fatty acid profile delivery after delivery. ISO 22000 guarantees it — every batch tested to spec before release, COA available per batch on request.

QC process
Five control points from raw bran intake to packaged oil. Every step documented, every batch traceable.
Sourcing verification
Every intake of rice bran is assessed for freshness, FFA levels, and moisture before acceptance. Only bran meeting our sourcing threshold enters the process.
Extraction
Mechanical expeller pressing extracts crude rice bran oil. Extraction yields and quality indicators are logged per batch.
Refining
Physical refining: degumming, bleaching, dewaxing, and deodorisation. No chemical solvents. Process parameters are controlled and recorded.
Lab testing
Finished oil is tested for smoke point, FFA, moisture, colour, and fatty acid profile before any batch is cleared for release.
Packaging
Cleared batches are packed to specification. Batch codes are applied for full traceability from packaging back to the source mill.
Lab testing
Parameters tested on every batch, tested by accredited laboratories. Results are recorded and available per batch in the Certificate of Analysis.
